It all began in India

The idea of Hyderabad Spice started in a happy hour back in June 2021, after we played couple of hours of pickle ball, is formed by four similar minded friends who happened to be from same Marlboro/Matawan neighborhood. we are one of the few restaurants in NJ who serve authentic Hyderabad dishes including desserts. Our restaurant is best known for its outstanding Indian cuisine, excellent staff service with great ambience. Kitchen Staff at Hyderabad Spice prepares everything fresh using the best quality ingredients and the freshest vegetables. Each dish represents flavor, pleasure, affection and essence. We at “Hyderabad Spice” try to make each dish a distinctive, refined preparation. Our food is a representation of the many and varied regional cuisines of India.  Our dishes range from North to South of India more specifically from Telegana/Andhra Pradesh region. We take pride in serving Hyderabadi biryani, also known as Hyderabadi dum biryani, is a style of biryani from Hyderabad, India made with basmati rice and choice of meat. We are also specialized in catering for parties like Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, Family reunions, Baby shower and Corporate. ​ We serve 100% Halal
